Kim Victoria Cattrall is an American-born actor from Canada born the 21st of August 1956. Her most well-known role is Samantha Jones, in the HBO show Sex and the City. Sex and the City earned the actress five Emmy Award nods and received four Golden Globe Award noms. In 2002, she was awarded the Golden Globe Award as Best Supporting Actress. Her role was reprised by her on the Sex and the City films (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2009). Her other notable roles include her roles as a leading actress in the 1980s films Police Academy Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin and Porky's.
